Wow Wolf that is fantastic work  you have some true talent. Can't wait to see the end result, real hyped to see the led light put in.

I like the way Klaatu is overseeing the project lmao

I always get excited when this thread goes orange

This episode is mouth watering as ever.

That small metal thing that looks a bit like a sword (on the right of the washer in the first update pic)... I have seen that before, I remember having loads of them at one point, but can't remember what the hell it is..?

Please put me out of my misery wboba

 ...okay then...it is a rivet  (correct word?). You have a tool that pulls out the pin and so bends the other side of the rivet. Anyway....the first try went horribly wrong. I had to make the "turret" new

But the second try with 2 washers went better. The turret is now ready for the canon! :D

Thank you all for the nice comments. Next up will be the ceiling....and it is getting very good IMO. 8)

That's not just your opinion Wolf, it's looking bloody amazing mate. Really enjoy seeing custom projects like this come together, when it's done with exceptional skill it's even better.

Brilliant work mate, just brilliant

It's really cool to see this project evolving. Thanks for posting all the "in progress" photos, it has some nice details that could be used as a "how to".

...and maybe even also "how to not"!!!  . Seriously...sometimes (I would say now) it is better to go another route ;)

Looking good, keep em coming, almost there :)

That is too funny....almost there!!

Seriously....Im not even half the way:
- Ceiling (inside)
- Floor (inside)
- bar (inside)
- Stairway from hatch inside
- Half of the deck is missing
- half of the railing is missing (even more)
- I need to make the whole down part of the rear....with door and opening windows. Many problems there because it is not solid enough with all those "holes" in it...
- Throne and pillars

The whole bottom needs to be constructed: engines with lightening, landing gear, a holding grip while "playing"......etc...etc

The steering "wings"...that will be movable

The masts with the sails...maybe with "hoist" feature...

etc etc etc......My head is aching if I think about it :? ....LOL....not to forget the sanding and coloring.....ah...and the cockpit...I almost forgot the cockpit...

So do not worry....I still think this will last a year or more!....and I will keep you updated of course ;)

Have a nice saturday night and sunday! 8) ...cheers
