Whats the best way to go about trying to claim off the post office guys. I sent a AFA playset abroad. When the buyer received it the AFA case was damaged. I said to the buyer i would look in to trying to claim from the post office. When I posted it I fully insured it. Does this count for lost or does it cover it for if its damaged

It should cover damage as well. You can get a claim form from the post office. You'll probably want to get the buyer to send you some photos of the damage and packaging.

u can pick up a claim form from any post office, make sure u still have ur reciept of postage and its been 15 working days since u posted the item. fill in the form with the revelent details attach any proof eg paypal payments to the form and send off.

You can also claim on line, just download the form there

Hi nationalities
No it was a package i sent off to germany

Nationalities?

Same thing happened to me very recently with a Robbie (not a Ron, sorry  ) and an AFA U90 Rebo Band (damaged figures regrettably, not the case).

Solution apparently is: both the seller and the buyer should contact their respective postal services (I could do it by phone in Holland). The two services will then figure things out between them. What happens then I have yet to find out.
