worst too is when you pay extra money for the fastest delivery service to get the item quicker
I cant remember what it was for now but I remember paying for express delivery and i got a 2nd class letter to my home stating that my item was at parcel force depot and fees need to be paid before it can be delivered as over a certain amount. that really pissed me off.

I always prefer to pay a premium whenever a UK or European seller has an item I want. At least that way you avoid the customs fees and there's less worry about the item going missing.

The only problem I have had was a seller from Taiwan who sent me an orange pauldron Sandtrooper and not a white one - but he refunded me the difference.
