Main Options:

Traditional Fresh Turkey
with homemade chestnut stuffing, local chipolata sausage wrapped in pancetta and home made cranberry and port sauce.

or

Pan Fried Pork Steak
Topped with Parma Ham and a fresh Rosemary and Parmesan crust.

or

Wild Mushroom & Madeira Crock Pot
Slow cooked in a rich sauce and topped with puff pastry.

All main courses are served with roast potatoes and seasonal vegetables.

Desert Options

Traditional Christmas Pudding
Served with Brandy sauce.

or

Winter Spice Cherry & Rum Crumble
Homemade with winter spices and served with double cream.

or

Cheese Board

Advance purchase of tickets will be needed, £25, but for those that are interested in coming to the evening event, if you can list below your food preferences, that would really help :)

I want to see what he is going to choose for food, as I don't see mars bars or chips on the list.

I hope Dave still charges rich full price if he doesn't eat, rules are rules.
