Just watchin the end of the footy on ITV there and I swear over Mark Hughes's shoulder I saw Barca STILL on the pitch playing away! The nice wee triangles were on the go, and the pass and move, keep the ball was in full flow. Thing is no one has shot yet so the ball hasn't gone out and they haven't realised the final whistle went 20 ****ing mins ago! :roll:

Barca play good football but they were never going to outscore United at Old Trafford.
Liverpool's biggest problem will be Gerrard and Carragher are both a card away from being banned from a possible final so they won't be as fired us a usual. :evil:

Messi is great at skinning people outside the box, but **** all use after that! He didn't create any clear cut chances (Barca as a team didn't create any) and his tracking back is non existant.
I'd rather Liverpool sign that 17 year old Barca brought on with 15 mins to go I forget his name. He's a centre forward and looked their most dangerous player, even though Rijkaard decided to play him on the right wing :roll:

'm a pool fan, albeit without sky - listening to radio instead. A Pool - Man Yoo final is a scintillating, although horrifying prospect. I think this article sums things up quite well - well not the overly negative slat towards Liverpool's chances, but crikey, if we were to lose to your mob.....

not sure if you have to worry abouy a utd pool final.... although when i wrote a couple of weeks " looks like a liverpool win" chelsea ( riise) scored so you never know.... just got to go at them now with only 18 mins left of extra time

Yep, game over. I'm not broken up about it though. In all seriousness, I doubt we'd have been able to turn Man U over. Couldn't think of a worse scenario to lose to them. There's still no great rivalry with Chelsea - at least compared to Man U, so although disappointed, gutted I'm not. I guess they were due a win over us in this comp after the last few years.... Just a shame we couldn't have ended their unbeaten home record!
