Closest English team to where I live is Liverpool/Everton/Tranmere!
Good result for United today. I've not seen the game, only a few mins highlights on the news but sounds like they didn't play that well and won. I think the penalty against Gallas was harsh, but the Adebeyor scored with his hand so it probably cancels itself out.
Arsenal's season has well and truly collapsed AGAIN, in the space of a few weeks!

since they got thrashed at old trafford in the fa cup weasel. got to be honest though i think they have played some of the most attractive football all season but have just lacked discipline and they and their manager have acted like spoilt brats when they dont get their own way.

ok so i am not the biggest liverpool fan but **** chelsea are boring. at least the pool play with some vigour and look as if they give a ****. chelsea have no creativity, no structure and no idea in the last third.

chelsea had **** all all night . feel so sorry for riise, he has been a fantastic player for the pool and looks as if he will be on his way in the summer and it would be a shame if that was his last contribution to the club he has served so well for many years.

no i was serious, i used to be defender and have scored a couple of own goals and it pisses you off when it happens.
worst one i had was when i was at school. i was school captain and when it came to the inter house tornament my form was favourites ... i scored an own goal and hit the bar in the penalty shoot out in the final ... **** i got some stick.

Yeah I heard that, but the way Barca are playing at the minute especially with Puyol injured/suspended, Ronaldinho fat and Messi not fit.......I fancy United to win (over two legs).

I was at work so I haven't seen the game or the goals. :x
Chelsea have got the Scum at the weekend so that will be a big distraction for them and hopefully a tiring one !! 8)
United should beat Barca over the two games although they did struggle against Arsenal and Blackburn.
By the time we go to Stamford Bridge we will know if it's United or Barca in the final and if it is the Mancs I won't mind losing to Chelsea as I don't think my heart could take an LFC V Utd final !! :lol:
