Read yesterday that ep II & III 3D movies have been dropped to prevent saturation before the new films.

Do hope they're still going to do IV, V and VI, so want to see empire on the big screen again!

I think all 3D retro fits have been cancelled. They are very costly and I don't think EP1 did outstanding business last year and with disne' s focus on new films and TV' shows that doesn't leave much in the way of cash or folks to work on them. I think most of EP2 had been done but I guess Disney just though best to shut it down and move on, good business.
Thant said it wouldn't surprise me if they do come back and milk that particular cow once they are fully up and running with their new stuff.

And we are now firmly off and running with the Disney milk it cow - http://www.empireonline.com/news/story.asp?NID=36420

Hmm Not sure what to make of this. Its defo milking the cash cow which I dont agree with but a stand alone Yoda film now your taljking. But I suppose we can draw more conclusions when we see the quality of 7-9 :D

Han Solo and Boba Fett as well

2-3 movies PER YEAR says Kathleen Kennedy.

Beginning to get a very bad feeling about this ...

Hold on wasn't it 1 movie every 2-3 years....

I have still got a bad feeling, but not as bad as 2-3 films a year bad though....
