Palitoy-i (open bag) PHOTO COURTESY OF - Kevin Bletsoe Under normal circumstances I do NOT include open baggies in the guide, BUT due to the fact that these Palitoy-i's have been encountered on numerous occasions in this fashion, both on their own with mint figures & accessories as well as no tape residue on the baggies whatsoever & also in sealed woolies 8 packs, I have to assume that they were found both open & in tape sealed formats.

Powerdroid this ones goes out to Bram & Liam, oh & me :p

IMGP0074.jpg

Palitoy-c & to date one of only 3 confirmed examples, all coming from an ex palitoy worker, think we can class this one under the rare as hens teeth category EDIT 3/6/16 another example has turned up, bringing the numbers of know examples up to 4 another since found making the total 5 examples confirmed, still not a lot world wild though & still a damn site rarer than a rocket fett

IMGP8399_zps3f3e1590-1.jpg

Palitoy-k - The fonts seem to differ slightly in the wider bags & have a cleaner more well defined print (Gamorrean Guard & Power Droid)

IMGP8066_zps163ec0a4.jpg

SW-b? Confirmed! but we have no idea where it would have come from other than a staff shop or as dead stock as this one was never issued in any MP's

IMGP8840.jpg

SW-d - Samll font - the only baggie the PD was ever found in a Kenner issued Multi Packs & only found in one early issue brown box MP & the only Kenner issued baggie the PD came in according to the SWCA baggie guide :? Hmm I don't know

IMGP8403_zpsa40ab229-1.jpg

SW-d - Small font - but with a Short V variant figure, a very exciting find as its the first of this figure variant to have shown up to date in a baggie & the sole example to date, from the collection of Snaggletooth

Euro-g (only just confirmed as of 9.4.21) previously considered to be a Kenner ESB-h baggie, but look at the bag dimensions, it's clear if this were a regular 3 3/4" figure it would be in there diagonally, so this 100% confirms this is not an ESB-h, compare it to the ESB-h shown at the bottom of this section.

Rebel Commando

Andrew MacLachlan knotted Rebel Commando.jpg

Palitoy-i (open baggie) but as you can see by the end of the baggie it had been knotted not taped, same thing as with the 8D8 example, Photo courtesy of Andrew MacLachlan

IMGP1054.jpg

Looks the same as a Palitoy-b but has a soft baggie rather than the normal crisp version that is known

Palitoy - UNCONFIRMED BAGGIE TYPE - Can't confirm the legitimacy of this baggie type as yet, It looks genuine, but is pretty banged up & the heat seal is missing the bleed off, so until I find another example of this type assume it to be a possible fake could even be a resealed Palitoy-i like the recently discovered example above?

SW-a - it is not quite clear where this & some other SW-a baggies came into play as they were never offered point of sale, very few examples of this one have surfaced & they could well have been internal baggies intended for either the testing departments or as photo sample figures etc

SW-b 2nd example shown with the inner weapons baggie from a damaged baggie just out of interest, found like this in SW-b/d & ESB-a baggie to date, note that these usually discolor the figures due to a chemical reaction.
