Christmas

I've never seen snow at X-mas, though i remember some pretty snowy winters as a lad in london :(

We're actually getting decent frost in Oxford for the first time in years, so you never know :)

Just hope I don't have a cold on xmas day this year, just sat their looking like ****. Got one now, sitting in front of the computer with a two day area manager's meeting coming up. Should be fun

it snowed on christmas 2000 as it was daughters 1sr christmas so it was really nice

though i honestly think i may never get to take my kids sledging on coal sacks like we used to .snow used to last for a week or 2 your lucky if its still here at dinner time nowadays .
any way got to go put some hair spray on as i have to go to garage to fill up as i have loads of running about to do this weekend

Evening chaps, hope all are well.
Be in Manchester again this week on a ****ing course, miserable time.
Wife and kids have been ill all week so wanted to be at home with them (must be mad, it was probably good to be away!!!).

Just feeling like Xmas now though, went and bought a huge ****ing tree tonight with the kids and it's sitting behind me twinkling away!!!!

We're at home with my parents and nan coming over. Kids have got some great presents this year so really looking forward to it. I'm cooking like I always do, big turkey and all the trimings.

Good to be home.

thinking of having duck this christmas for a change, anyone else ever cooked it for christmas....also going to make my first ever christmas cake tomorrow!

Never had duck, but I've heard it can be very greasy. I almost sound half cultured or even knowledgeable there! :D
ALMOST.

Aaahhh crap!
Maybe it's just common knowledge amongst you duck-eating people but not so amongst us ordinary people! (Yes, clutchin at straws I know!)

not trying to be flash, just thinking of something different and dont want to be left with **** loads of turkey!
