Have sent a pm. I didn't go through the small claims court - I made a fraud report to the police who investigated and passed it on to the courts.

Ok so after a few more months - more progress. He has been given a court order forcing him to pay back the money. I am going to get £20 a fortnight until it is paid back - received the first cheque yesterday. Will take a while to get all my money back but at least it's coming!!

We are continuing to sell of stock and are hoping to shift most of our remaining stuff over the summer. We have lots of items up for auction at the moment including loads of original weapons (inc. last 17 R2 sabre and amanaman staff) - most items starting at between 99p and £2 to clear...

Ok has taken a long time but the police have finally acted on this and charged him with fraud :) He has suddenly reappeared again with lots of excuses and is now promising he will refund me (although says he cannot afford to pay me back all in one go and will pay back in installments) Fingers...

After nearly 10 years of trading Madeleine's Vintage Star Wars shop will now be closing down. To a certain extent it has become a victim of it's own success. It is taking up so much time and we just cannot keep up with it all any more. Madeleine used to work part time but was made redundant...
