The guy is a devious prick! He still owes me £19 for a Gammorean Guard MOC which I had to return because it was nt as described.

He longed me out with some excuse about his paypal account being frozen pending enquiries. (No surprise there)

He still hasnt refunded me and has not contacted me. I will be reporting to ebay at the end of this week!

Ok has taken a long time but the police have finally acted on this and charged him with fraud

He has suddenly reappeared again with lots of excuses and is now promising he will refund me (although says he cannot afford to pay me back all in one go and will pay back in installments)

Fingers crossed I will be getting my money back soon.

Good to hear the auld bill finally did something useful! There must have been a BOGOF offer on doughnuts that day!

Just to add to this thread he bought an item off me a few months back and didn't pay by pay-pal,i received a postal order,so whether the guy doesn't have a ban account or what i don't know.

The transaction went smoothly enough but I would never buy owt from him after reading this.

Ok so after a few more months - more progress.

He has been given a court order forcing him to pay back the money.
I am going to get £20 a fortnight until it is paid back - received the first cheque yesterday.
Will take a while to get all my money back but at least it's coming!!
