As an aside, that last page caught my attention. I've recently bought a board game off eBay that appears to be the forerunner of "Destroy Death Star" and is identical in almost every respect. It's called "Salvo!" and dates from the early 1970s and was manufactured by Palitoy. Great game but quite complex. A link to it is here:

Terrific addition, and good to see this again. I remember looking through this Palitoy catalogue in a Harlow toy shop in the early 80's. Great memories! :-D

Interesting to see the slightly prototype INT 4 , always like looking at the prototype imp transporter with the x wing engine Thanks for posting :)

Great stuff Jason, it's interesting to see that whilst the catalogue is from 1982, small head Han is shown in the falcons cockpit. Do you think this was just a stock photo from earlier on or could he be out there on later cardbacks!

The first page featuring Star Wars has one of the pictures from Star Wars Playnts Painting set that came with 4 pots of non-spill Playnts paints.

The second page featuring Star Wars has the Star 3-D Poster Art set. It came with coloured pens to colour in various scenes. It also had a 3D Darth Vader mask.

The third page featuring Star Wars is the photograph for the Toys section, which has a Stormtrooper mask and the Star Wars Blaster Pistol and Laser Rifle on it.

Awesome catalogues 8) As Steve said, that Play Mask display is amazing- rocking horse poo though! It's hard enough to find the masks...
