Yes, but with most potf they are unavoidable :|

I used to be of the opinion of no yellow bubbles in my collection,but over time have come to accept that it's not worth passing up an item you may want or need for your focus just because the bubble has a tint of yellow.
That said given the option I'd take a clear bubble every time.
