I am in 2 minds what to do as I only have a vague idear of the value of this figure. I think it's probably worth keeping but just want a second opinion.
I bought a mint Luke farmboy with a raised china bar coo for £10.50 on eBay and I was well pleased (gotta love sniping software!! Lol) however it was damaged during being sent to me and now has a small chip on his head and a stress mark on his sabre tip. The seller has acknowledged it was his fault and has offered a full refund. But I am still wondering if I should keep it.

You should ask yourself if you're going to upgrade it in the future. If not, keep it. If you are, do you anticipate you'll get more for it than that 10 quid + shipping costs? If you do, keep it. If you don't, send it back.

Maybe take £5 refund mate, he can claim on the insurance and you can upgrade in the future.

Having seen some peoples collections I can safely say many people would be ok with that rub to the head + if the saber bothers you , you could swap it out for a new one.

Personally I would send it back, if you noticed it and spoke to the seller you already decided you weren't happy with it otherwise it would be in your display by now.

I'd agree with Dom there, tell him you'd like to keep it but that you no longer feel the price is fair and would he consider refunding you part of it. Even if you only get 3 quid back it's better than nothing. And i reckon if you ever sell it you could get between 8 and 10 quid easy.

I would of been happy about the rub to the head if it was there to start with.
I can be quite anal about my figures. I don't care if I buy a beater with all intentions of upgrading it at a later date but if I buy a 'mint' figure then I expect it to be just that!

Spoke to the seller last night and he did indeed give me a £3 refund (wasn't you was it ;) lol!).
Which means I have a near mint Luke for just over £7. Should be worth that on eBay all day!!!
I was just planning to build up a set of rough figures.......however I have been finding myself looking At c9+ figures ..... Hmmmmmm not sure if a set of rough figures will do. May take a lot lot longer to get there due to budget restraints but I think it's going to happen!

Haha, no it wasn't me but nice one.
You did well in the end.
I just figured £3 is probably what i'd offer if i was the seller and £3 is what i'd accept if i was the buyer. The thing's worth more than that resale any day.
