Can I just check that this Klaatu Skiff Guard MOC is not a reseal, please

Hi

As per the title, can someone please check that this Klaatu MOC is not a resealed one. It was from a different stall-holder than the reseals I have sold AND is on a Kenner card, so I THINK it is legit.
I just wanted to be certain, as there is a smear mark on the back of the card, which got me wondering if it was glue?

I am probably going to list it on Evilbay again at the weekend, unless someone on here is interested
