Windows xp2 download speed problems.

Had my new pc for a couple of weeks now but have noticed a major problem. My dowmload speeds on p2p programs seem to be capped to 52mbs. On my old pc i was regulary downloading over 200 mbs. I have used the EvID4226 Patch , Dissabled my firewall and tried 3 different torrent clients and stillits the same. Anyone have any other idears.??

I understood what you were talking about right up to "My download speeds on....." after that I was completly lost!

You tried giving it a damn good booting, works for me!

I believe the problem lies somewhere in xp 2. I have tried looking but cant seem to find anthing that will help.I was hoping someone else had come accross the same problem.
