what can we do now??

Anyone got any ideas on this little problem i have?
my wife bought a coursebook for her college course through ebay but they only accepted cheques so she sent it off and it was cashed a couple of weeks ago but still no book and they are not replying to emails,they have good feedback thats why we didnt think it would be a problem but what can i do now?

Apart from contacting Ebay?

Perhaps try to contact some of the other people that they have dealt with and see if any of them have a phone number???

The problem with paying by cheque is you have to wait at least a week for it to clear and then maybe another week for the seller to post the item as some sellers don't rush to the post office !!

Thanks for the advice guys,that link gave a lot of info ,trouble is the book cost £14.50
But the seller has contacted us today to tell me that he was selling it for someone else and they said they have posted it :x
anyway have agreed to wait until the end of the week and if it doesnt show i will ask for a full refund

Hmm i had trouble resently too but i went through Paypal (some bloody good they are). There is an advance search in ebay allowing you to get contact details of the seller, on the left select find contact information and enter the seller id and the item number and hey presto you should be able to view their details (please be advised that the seller is notified and they do get to see your details also).
