In about 2000 there was a story on Sandtroopers.com from someone who received a modern EV-9D9 in the post.

Same thing happened, it was posted with zero packaging and all the labels stuck on the carded figure, except, the seller had also folded it (the card and EV-9D9) in half and taped it that way :shock:

I didn't save any links but yesterday night on Ebay.com I caught site of a few decent looking MOC I wasn't interested but I always check out the ending soonest just to see what deals are being had!

Interesting description from the seller of the MOC figures, this little bit of info:

"This item is MOC, however to save on postage I will happily take them off card for you at request!"

WOAH! They weren't exactly beaters lol

I once got a modern figure of a guy on ebay - nothing special so I wasn't worried as it was being opened but it wouldn't fit in the box he sent, so he folded it in half

thats is bad the worsed i have had is a AFA MOC just wrapped in a black bag. I was surprised the AFA case never got damaged

I've had a figure in a star case wrapped in brown paper :?

The star case was a write off but some how the carded figure survived.
