been offered to work down there but me and our lass have always said its best for kids to come home every night ...unless it was money we JUST couldnt turn down.
my mates just had a extension built .its just a little smaller then his house and labour cost him 8 grand .thats minus sparky ,plumbing and plastering and materials

We've got a 3 bed-semi, so if I had the money I'd go for a two storey extension to extend the kitchen and get an extra bedroom/museum - that's gotta be at least £60k hasn't it, labour and materials?

double .garage and utility down stairs and 2 beds and a bathroom up stairs.i know he only borrowed £30,000 to get every thing done and he said he will have quite a bit left ,i,ll find out what total cost was.oh and i like a dumb arse pissed said i.ll plaster it for free
