Vinyl Cape Jawa listed 3 times now (sold twice!?)

Has anyone had any dealings with ebay seller: ellie1976-2008

He has now listed the same vinyl cape jawa 3 times now and sold it twice. He sold an AFA Blue Snag once but has relisted it. Has also sold an early bird set once but also relisted it. Yak face twice, and many other figures.

I was originally interested in his Vinyl Cape Jawa but was put off by some of his feedback, and the relisting of items previously sold. Although it could just be that he has sold them to non paying bidders.

Has anyone here bought anything from him and received it?

I don't like the "private" feedback so you can not check who bought what. Ask the seller why they have sold the same item more than once. If you get a dodgy answer, it's a dodgy seller. Pretty sure that is the case anyway.

Ahhh... must resist.... Your are definately evil... you've now convinced me that I need to get an AFA graded one! Which my bank manager won't like! (Mainly because in the last two weeks I've bought a new Plasma TV and ordered a new PC).
