That's a good price. They use to be £350 but the bottom has fallen out of the ceramic market. Sigma and California Orginals can be picked up real cheap. You'll probably find it cheaper than that. Love to have one.

Here's one that many of you haven't seen before....definitely the oddest R2 I've ever seen.
The Imai "Nazi" R2-D2 model kit:

and it even comes with instructions on where to put the arm bands on him...

There are 2 different Crown X-wing model kits from Japan, very similar look to the packaging(minus the 3rd Reich and floating Vader head). I found a decent pic of one of them in my photo album,I may not have taken good shots of the other one yet. Is this the one you're thinking of?

Thats a TOUGH one, the Xwing/Eagle One hybrid bootleg. Mine's missing one of the cannons and the battery cover. I've never seen one that's 100% complete. They seem to show up in the UK and Mexico, but always in rough shape.That pic is the closest to a complete one that I've seen.

I just look at as the thrill of the hunt. I've got a placeholder now, and when a complete/mint one finally does come up,I'll pay up as needed to upgrade it to the collection.
