You can register for telephone bidding, someone will call you. This worked ok for me except they called me on the wrong lot number, so I had to get them to call back.

Yes...You can register now, add your payment details and bid on lots you're interested in right away or you can log on to the online auction on the day and bid that way or telephone bid as well! they have all bases covered but as a few have said the live online auctions might be a bit hit a miss, maybe their tech/ your connection ain't up to scratch or something as I've never done it myself so no idea how well it'll work!

Sorry mate no idea, I know a few others have already bid on items but I haven't tried yet so don't know if it's like Ebay where it says you've been automatically outbid or what the current highest bid is etc etc better wait till someone who's used them before adds some input!

It tells you if you are highest bidder or not. It won't tell you how far off you are or if anyone else has bid.

Their site is a joke, just tried to log on (password & username saved in chrome) & its telling me incorrect username & max attempts used so blocked, phoned them & they unblocked it & still the same deal, guy who deals with the IT side not even at work yet, what a shambles

I know its no help now, but if you use the Password Reminder it send you your actual password by email.
