:lol: It will have to wait a while I'm afraid BUT on the plus side I have had time to almost finish it now. Just a few small finishing touches, hopefully in the next couple of days. :)

:lol: You're not the only one. MOC's are on hold at the moment as have other priorities. Out of sight but never out of mind. :wink:
 
Hmmm, now I'm downsizing a re-design is in order I think. I'll update with some photos soon. :)

It looked great but now I'm downsizing the boxes need to be tightened up so will need to fill in the spaces in certain areas. I'll post a mock up soon. Thank you. :)
 
Update: Luckily I saved most of the cut-out's from the units so time to fill them in...

Skills on the cabinet/display mate. I like the wip shots, really shows what you've done. I love stuff like this, it will be one of a kind and look great when finished.

I'm wondering about maybe doing something similar. I will have a triangle shaped wall, the gable end of my house in the loft. A bespoke display could be the way forward :?: :)

Hi Rob, thank you my friend. It's so much fun and really rewarding doing it yourself plus it will be excatly (or near enough) how you want it.

Please share when you get round to designing and building yours. Always great to see others display units in the making. :)

Sorry Anthony, I missed this. Hopefully this weeekend as I have some time coming up to spend on it. :)
 
Looking good so far. It's turning out a lot better than I thought it would with only very minor fills to do on some small indentaions where the fill panels have marks on them and are slight indented grooves where the panel meets the unit but overall very happy so far...

Will need a few more coats just to be sure and then will work on the top. I just wanted to see how it worked out before completing the whole unit.
 
Love the Tigerham collection lettering, nice touch 8)

And night mode looks awesome, cant wait to see the finished display :D

Thank you Russ. The lettering is still rough around the egdes and needs tightening up. A few gaps and trimming on the panel and it'll be complete. :)
 
Love the new version. One question though, when are you going to stop teasing us and fill it up? :lol: Can't wait to see your Mocs in there with the lights on. :D
