Episode 13 : Every Saga Has An Ending is finally launched.

This month sees a huge announcement regarding the podcast going forward, so be sure to tune in.

During this episode we take a look at the Celebration Anaheim as we hear the SWFUK Podcast live show from the podcast stage, we catch up with Iain Sanderson, the one and only Dak (John Morton), as well as chatting with the delightful people from Order 66.

Although the show isn't a completely normal format show we do still have some regular features including Jez looking at the Latest Acquisitions Thread, he points out several recent purchases including items from Bradley1360, Rusty Rankin and Dr BallMD.

Pete returns to the Vectis auction that he spoke about in episode 12 as he takes a little look at the results from the Mark Jackson sales.

All this plus more, and when I say more I don't just mean more bullying of the Northern Monkey.

Enjoy!!!

Note sure of you have changed your production process, but there is a high pitched whistling in the background in the starting section of the podcast. I'm about 15 mins in and it's already quite unpleasant.

:?:

I'm listening to it now via the web and I'm having no issues with it.
So far another great show as always guys. Looking forward to how this podcast evolves

No noise issues for me. Thanks for the mention guys!

BTW- it's pronounced TRON-program. As in the movie TRON :)

I'm struggling to listen to this one on my commute as it seems to be recorded at a lower volume than usual? At full volume on my iphone headphones its drowned out by traffic - normally less then full volume is fine.

Anything different in the way it was recorded?

Enjoyed it! Has been a pleasure being associated with your podcast and good luck with the relaunch.

Thanks for the nod and yes it has begun and I'm making the most of journey and not worrying about the destination as long as it ain't bankruptcy!

Another enjoyable show and good luck with the relaunch! 8)

Good show. As ever. You're saying now that every saga comes to and end , but you'll be back in 2044 with Episode Fourteen. I'll be waiting.

Your future ventures better not be so universal that you won't have time to discuss the occasional Helix ruler or Thomas Salter transfer.

Thanks mate,

I can 100% confirm that we will still be following the same format for most sections and you won't see much of a difference. We'll make a post soon explaining the reasons behind the rebrand but I want to stress that all of us see SWFUK as our home and we'll all be here as usual.

Half way through and really enjoying the Anaheim parts - sounds fantastic

And shamefully I too have a Grant Criddle style stalker file

Any answer to my sound level question?

We've had a think about it but can't explain why. I know Jez complained about the sound and had to stop the show when listening to it. He then went back to it later and it was fine which makes no sense to us. The only levels that are different should be the Anaheim parts as they are live recordings. Is anyone else having a problem with sound levels or background noise?

Sorry Andy,

I have no idea on why the sound it faulty.

We've only had 3 complaints. But that's 3 to many.

Scratching head.

The very first segment had noticeable high pitched whistling and then it settles down after Gus and Duncan.

cheers Jason

Not to worry - I ended up ironing my work shirts for an hour and listened then (the things you make me do). On the flip side Mrs Spoons was listening too and was chuckling at Jez and Grant's banter

The chivecast early episodes are at the same low volume but then got louder. Hopefully I'll be back to listening to you lot on my cycle to work next month

No whistling for me though just low volume
