I'm not sure if the Star Wars images are an issue for you. I really don't think they should be. Every Star Wars forum i've seen uses at least some SW imagery. I mean, the name Star Wars itself is copyrighted so... :? :lol:
Anyway, here's my effort. Feel like i need another pass at it. Wasn't sure with grid or without but i thought i'd show it with as it's a bit different. Not sold on the fonts. Still, you get the idea.

From a visual point if view I think Juniors design is spot on has instant impact and different.On a minus personally I don't like trainspotting or the association with a film about smackheads but that's just me. How about the first earlybirds for figs and do away with mod names.

Really like the yellow and silhouettes on Pete's too

Some great work lads - I love the trainspotting style one but agree with Pete that it is more of a poster - Edd should be able incorporate it somewhere on here though

Some good ideas here, personally I find Trainspotting has been done to death - but got to admit the design looks good

I like Pete's simpler design but still a bit busy for me - strangely enough I think Edd's design works best, just needs an artist to work on it

I to echo Mr. Palitoy about the t-shirt logo, I don't think there issues with copywriting with it. It would def be awesome to have that as the header, and still have the coins on the corner. Make it that everytime you log in there will be a different coin.

Rough draft of an idea that I thought of. Incorporates the forum tee shirt design. Will get a better group shot of the loose figures. Something with all 12 figures. Also there could be a vote as to the POTF coin and individual figure depicted? Just a start anyways....

The t-shirt logo is definitely a contender, just thought it would be good to see what else people come up with as this isn't strictly a Palitoy site, which the logo suggests.

I agree with the T-shirt logo it's cool, but it doesn't fit the colour scheme of the site

Guys I feel the comments on the trainspotting header. If its going to be put foward I will cgange it up a bit, removing the mods names,changing the figs etc...

Love the other ideas, especially Petes. Think we need to see it in orange or white though.

The calls for the palitoy/swfuk logo are spot on. I will have a crack at it if I get some time.

Nice to see the pot starting to fill up. Like the tshirts if we take it slow we will get it right. :wink:

Been working on an Orange version of my banner. Could edit the one i had as i uased the StarWars bit from a logo i found online so i've done a whole new one with a similar concept.
This one was a real pain in the arse and after 2 hours of tweaking it i no longer know if it looks good or not. :lol:
I'm not sold on the scrolling text. It didn't come out as i'd planned and maybe makes it all look a bit messy so may have to go but i left it in just to gather opinion.

Me to. Here is an alternative idea. Probably better. Or it can be left blank but i felt it needed something there.
But feel like it's overkill with the extra orange text. Maybe a different colour. :?
