Just saw the second episode!
Thought it was awesome, it felt like good ol' Star Wars, if they keep doing this each episode this is going to be epic!
The nods to Ralph McQuarries designs are great!
(Still, the animation feels awkward and rushed, the look of it needs some more "dirt", and 20mins is too short!)

They went from clones if one of finest Bounty Hunters in the Galaxy to bumbling idiots in about 5 years. :lol: :lol:

Loving Rebels. Hooks back to the OT are spot on. Much more accessible than Clone Wars, imho. Plenty to keep both me & the wee ones entertained. Roll on episode 3!

Just watched the first episode of the season "proper"

Not bad, I like the ties to the continuity and the OT, pretty sure there will be a lot of that in the show. Loving the Ghost, I can see her becoming an iconic ship and would love to see a movie crossover there, much like the Outrider turning up in the special editions.

Going to be hard to give every member of the rebels crew plenty to do each week, so I hope they watch that. One issue I had with clone wars were the filler episodes that existed just to give someone somthing to do without adding to the big picture much, so but good fun so far and enjoying it, even bought the £5 dvd that is already out (good for long car trips).

Great start to the series proper. Really liking the new Character particulary chopper!

Just caught the new episode yesterday(Fighter Flight), felt too much like a filler(seriously, a filler episode so early?), except a little nod to the old days.
Seemed so random and flimsy, hope Filony or whatshisname is won't just pump out episodes just to show his love for the OT and the toys,
instead of actually having a real story arc that really draws you in..

Felt abit like Firefly, which had just random scenarios, no apparent red line, which imo was sooo boring...

(But with upcoming episodes being called Rise of the Old Masters and Out of Darkness, I'm hoping for the best..)

Just watched the latest episode, really enjoyed it, love the inclusion of C3po and R2 and the B Organa piece at the end.

Hope it goes better and better
