just watched the teaser , looks good , just makes you want more toys tho

so is that $21 with FREE shipping? I can't see any mention of shipping prices?!?!

Cheers for the reminder Ryan - just ordered my copy now :D

As DSL said the shipping is an extra $13 so it's £20 in total - well worth it I reckon and at that price there shouldn't be any tax or £8 admin fee!!!!!!! to pay

Maybe we should have bought a forum copy that we could watch and send around - everyone initial the sleeve and send it to the next guy

Commercial consignments i.e goods you have purchased, of £15 or less are free from customs duty and import VAT.

Correct me if I'm wrong....will these not be a commercial item? and the total including shipping is £20 so won't you get changed import tax?

What I liked in the trailer was that near the end, there is a post op transsexual lady showing off her collection. You can make major lifestyle changes, but you can't get rid of the nostalgia and yearning to collect the things you loved as a kid.

I'm hoping the £15 is for the goods and does not include the postage costs - at just under £13 for the dvd it might sneak through :)

From the HMRC website...

Import VAT rate

The percentage charged is the same VAT rate that applies to similar goods that are sold in the UK.

The import VAT percentage rate is applied to the total value of the goods. In the case of goods brought in this is the sterling equivalent of the price paid abroad, as shown on the receipt. In the case of goods posted from outside the EU, it is the amount on the Customs Declaration, which includes the price paid for the goods, the cost of transport, postage and packing, insurance and any duty that may be payable.

I've fallen foul to this in the past, and they DID include the shipping costs in my case.

If this is the case it'll be another 20% + handling fees so add on £12.

Don't get me wrong I want to order this item, but if I'm going to get stung for an extra £12 on a £20 item it sucks!!
