Star Wars dealer, white with dreadlocks does anyone know him

as the title says

There's a chap on ebay who recently bought a MOC Palitoy Han hoth, which had the name plate removed and repaired

He said the damage wasn't mentioned and would like to get a refund but doesn't know who the dealer was (apart from him having dreads)

I noticed a bunch of these repaired cards selling on RS a while back for £30 a pop, I presume that they're the same ones??

Its Richard Torres - he nearly got me at the NEC toy fair with a 41 back White Bespin Guard with name plate replacement. He knows all about it as he has an abymal reputation for repros, undisclosed repairs and fakes. He is perhaps the most reviled UK vintage "dealer" here. I was ****ing fuming over my experience and I was lucky that I spotted it in time before he had my money. I hope you get it sorted.

I wanted to buy them myself as a cheap palitoy set

It was a Clipper Ben kenobi and a Harbert R2D2.
The guy selling them was Jim Stevenson.

I was thinking of starting a Imperial Commander focus a few weeks ago. when i saw a Palitoy 30 back on ebay. I was about to buy that one when someone beat me to it. When i saw that LL one at Memorabillia it made me even more pissed off i didnt buy that 30 back. :x
