Looks a darker brown Gust. I won a few things of this guy aswell, be interesting to see what turns up.

A farm boy Luke and Ben. He had a few going last night. I may have a big buy coming through. I nabbed a guy selling his childhood collection yesterday and got him to end early. May have had a touch, I'll let you boyz know when it's done. He's gone to check postage costs today. Fingers crossed.

nice snagbar

are any like the one on the ebay link? it might be the picture but it looks darker than all of yours?

very hard to tell mate .but i wouldnt pin your hopes on it being a very dark brown.
i think they have used a very bright light for photo, take a look by the end of the weopon and you can see a pin sharp shadow.we all know how light makes a difference when taking snaps,
let us now when it arrives.

I'll probably regret asking this (and no doubt the answer won't mean much to me) but what are the differences between all those squidies? LL/MIM/Kenner different COO or just different shades of cape?

The administrator of our german SW collecting community started an experiment 3 years ago.
In summertime he took a Squid Head outside in his yard, laid him down in a chair for a few days/weeks. (don´t know exaclty how long it really was)

First picture in the thread shows his original color.
Second picture....after burning in the sun.
Third picture shows how the Squid Head was stucked in the chair.
The fourth picture with the faded one in the middle is a comparison shot showing the other Squid Heads he had in the same color.
I guess that is why you´ll find so many different shades of the Squid Head Capes.

Like Hammerhead in the other thread....Sun faded capes

I couldn't agree more i personally think this is where variant collecting is getting silly now as many people are seeing faded items and plastic degenaration as genuine / new variants. Maybe this is because variant collecting is starting to become a bit exhausted? who knows? this is just my opinion and is no way intended to offend.

People should look back to the lessons learned by the green limb chewbacca.

Pretty cool Mike, cheers! 8)

So Gustie, Snag does the different colour cape count as a variant in your book!?
Not gonna slag you off either way, you know my opinions on a lot of variants, I'm just trying to figure out what you guys class as a variant.

you won't regret it,another step in your education.
have another 2 to add to line up since that photo.
yes they are LL/MIM and 4different kenner coo,s
the rest are different shades and texturs of cape.
