Snowspeeder cockpit tape

Out of interest ,was there a certain factory/ country that packaged the snowspeeder with a taped up cockpit, or was it just luck and an earlier or later addition ?.
As you see them from time to time , although none of mine have tape.

Here's a photo of mine, you can see the poster, the tape has dried out and fallen off in the box but you can see where it was from the residue marks on the Speeder.

On closer inspection there seems tape residue on my used vehicle.
What I have is 2 different quality control stamps

Very nice! I would assume QC would be the same as production so should have tape and the poster?

The unused one has no residue mark but it does have the poster, in the September stamped box. I also have a no 2 written underneath a flap in biro
