Just noticed - Snowspeeder canopy handle

Had this ship since 1980, played with it nonstop back in the day but have just noticed the handle on the canopy.

On the box the figure is holding it up with his left hand and no sign of the handle on the right side of the canopy.

Sure everyone else has noticed this already but it certainly made me smile today.

And I've just noticed - it's Chewie the back

I'm not sure if they're supposed to be handles, but if are, they're on both sides of the canopy. I'm afraid it looks like one of yours has suffered some battle damage

That's so funny I didn't notice the other side was broken

I have never noticed that handle before. Now I have to check if they are on my snowspeeder vehicles
