I won an the original SW DVD for £3 odd, Twat seller won't sell it as he wants at least a tenner for it

He opened a case stating I bought it by accident

What is the best way to report him - I don't see much if a seller won't part with an item.

I was looking forward to watching the original uncut version - only have a crappy vhs copy of it

Cheers guys

He opened a case because you won the auction and he is not happy with the ending price   If he wins...I think paypal has finally lost it.

I agree with Grant. Neg the ****. I hate people like this. Start the item at a price your happy with FFS

a few months back the same thing happened to me with another seller , i gave him a negative feedback but he somehow got ebay to remove it , why do ebay look after these cunts

decline this jokers request and state you did not buy it in error

Had something similar recently on a drum kit. Seller was clearly pissed off that no-one else bid  He stalled with communication. Got it in the end but had me concerned for a few days. He looked gutted when I collected it. Tough cookies!

Think all you can do is leave neg feedback

LOL, do you think he said "SEALED" often enough. Oh and it's limited edition. Limited to a pressing of a few hundred thousand copies. Neg him.

He has relisted it already

any unused accounts anyone?

Yes mate

I suppose he was honest with the reason, rather than stating I dropped and broke it ! I've heard that one before!

Had the exact same with a guy last week, trying to buy some ROTJ comics - won them fair & square @ 99p plus postage, paid, got this message:

"New to ebay mate..dont know how you managed to buy these for 99 pence...your havin a laugh....inbox me how to send your 99p back cos we both know.......sorry to disappoint but like i said..new to ebay."

He then refunded me with no further communication. Got on the eBay chat with a nice lady, she gave him a slap on the wrist and told me to neg him, which I did.

He then relisted at 99p start and a £20 BIN. So I'll be back on later, to win them again...

 Quite right mate - what a twat. I've done the same I put in a bid again just to annoy him

I've had a few things over the years that have sold way below their value. I honoured the deals - why don't they

What pisses me off is they do this to list for free. Just pay the 50p and list the item for the minimum you are willing to accept if you are worried about it selling for 99p.

Hopefully the neg will cost the greedy bastard a lot more in the future.
