Seller won't sell!

Exactly, rough with the smooth.

And maybe don't put your 'prized possessions' up at 99p when your new to evilbay and expecting 'big returns'.

I'm wondering what does it take to get chucked off ebay?

They don't seem to do much when a complaint is made

Andy, he has responded to your neg, you get the last word though, you can respond again asking "if he's decided not to sell it, why has he re listed it?"

Top of page right hand side hit the "help & contact icon" then "FAQ's" & type in follow up feedback.

What a dick, but hey plenty to be found on ebay

Thanks for that Frank

Still to get round to putting text in my Sid lama pic mate

Well, no surprise... won the next two auctions at low prices, got an email back saying he thought the BIN price was the reserve  and that he wasn't prepared to sell at my winning bid prices. Then offered me a 'deal' at around 7x the combined price! I countered with suitable offer, given my inconvenience and all, haven't heard back yet. Two more negs on their way, plus a second slap on the wrist from eBay.

I have found eBay are very cagey on the chat though - they won't let on what they've sanctioned him with, citing 'member confidentiality' - I suppose good in one way, but I was keen to make sure they actually back up their 'we don't condone this sort of behaviour' approach. eBay chap then proceeded to offer me his phone number, to 'work it out amicably'... I declined. FFS

And sorry Andy for hijacking your thread, was just going through similar at the same time, felt like sharing the pain

Not at all mate

It seems ebay don't do anything :? I could be wrong of course..

Do negs make a differnece? I don't know I would think twice about bidding when someone has recent negs.

This wanker's DVD (which should be mine) is at £8 now - I would love to screw him over...

Did you notice that the one he relisted isn't A New Hope, it's Return of the Jedi!

Don't know if you guys spotted this but he has 1 feedback as a seller, which is andys neg. He has sold that ROTJ DVD twice already for about £3 and is now on to selling it for a third time. He did realist the new hope, and pulled it shortly after the neg response.

Shame you can't find out who the other buyers were for the ROTJ dvd as I'm guessing he did the same thing to them. Encourage them to neg him also.
