A great actor has left the building.

I remember enjoying Blake's Seven enormously as a young one (though it scared me too!) and plan to do a full rewatch soon as I just found out all episodes are on YouTube!

God they are dropping like flies, loved Blake 7 as a kid, well till they lost the liberator, never was the same after that, I did start re-watching the show about 6 months back, it was always a bit cheesy, but it's not aged well IMO & seems more than a little dated & tong in cheek, Villa was always my fave character & his dry sarcastic humor are IMO one of the things thats withstood the test of time a bit better than a lot of the shows aspects, though the liberator will always be one of the coolest ships ever.

I used to watch Blakes 7 as a kid and started rewatching it just before Christmas with the wife, as she remembered enjoying it too. I quite liked the early stuff but she got bored :roll:

I always thought Gareth Thomas was an underrated actor. RIP.

Never saw Blake 7 as a kid, but did watch it in my teens and loved it - RIP
