It's probably one of those things that is worth trying to see what happens, but I am kind of with Joe on this one - I would prefer them to be left alone - these things are brittle enough as it is - start popping chemicals into the mix and who knows how long they will last

I agree that it may not work or cause damage, it would just be interesting to see. I have used it on a couple of my old computers and it does work. I don't have any yellow bubbles myself, and I'd highly recommend only trying it on a beater or opened figure.
