Safe to say he's probably still a c*** but I think the MOC is genuine. He's been selling a few Palitoy for a while, although mostly with the Trilogo style bubble
 
Wow thanks for bumping the thread Grant.

I dropped in yesterday to start reading the back history of the Palitoy VCJ and 24hrs later am only on page 40 of the breaking Toy Toni scandal.

I've read stuff before but not this thread. Mammoth task but fascinating read :shock:
 
Have you noticed that there is no listings against his user name on eBay all of a sudden, very unusual.
 
It is, but I think this (and the last one) were just poorly sealed MOCs rather than unused cardbacks and bubbles he has. I have owned trilogos with bubbles that have practically fallen off before.

It could be defects that were all part of a bulk lot. Just wanted to trigger the conversation and make everyone aware.
 
Yes that's a possibility. Although my trilogo Han Carbonite MOC came from Toni, and the seal is solid.
