Photo Tips

Just bought myself one of these light tents to take photo's for Insurance and my own referance.

Can anybody help me with good software for tweeking photo's, as in straightening, sharpness, etc, etc.

I dont have a Mac so a programme on Windows please.

Gimp is a free alternative to photoshop. I've never used Picassa, but it will probably be a bit more user friendly than Gimp is.
