Palitoy Empire Strikes Back shelf talker POS

I've just bought an original ESB shelf talker from a toy shop where it had languished in the stock room for 30 plus years. It's in excellent condition and the one with the ESB logo repeated, similar to the one at the bottom of this pic:

The owner knew roughly what he had and did not give it away, just wondered what these things fetch these days as store displays seem to be getting rarer to find.

Did you buy it? I paid £100, which I thought was about on the money. I've been after one for a while to display with my ESB focus.

£100 for a Kenner example in good condition is a good price - nice score. Seen similar ROTJ versions go for $200+.

What a great find! I'd say you got a good deal, I'm on the look out for one myself after picking up a rotj palitoy one a few weeks ago for £100.

Been after one for a while now, just need to find a Palitoy ESB cardboard hanger, Micro Collection shelf talker and hanger, and an ESB Bell Hanger...oh my aching wallet...

Okay, so it turned up this morning, it's the Palitoy version, it's in used but very good condition, tape has deteriorated, there are a couple of scuffs but nothing major, straight as an arrow with no splits or cracks - will post a pic soon.

Is the Palitoy version rarer/more valuable or are they the same as the Kenner ones?
