Just got this beautiful Indy, had to sell my German Uniform Indy and a couple of common Trilogos but it was well worth it :D

Great item Carl.
I don't remember these at all back in the day.
The line is quite short but really do pack a punch.
Look at the blue against the yellow...stunning.

Cheers Nick.
The non Star Wars shelves are coming along nicely now.

I just got these cranes out today to try and fit in the cabinet.
They're all from my dad in the late 80's and early 90's when he actually drove the full sized versions.

And a pic of me out on a job with him

The non SW shelf is coming along very nicely with some really key items in there. Out of interest what's the loose reaper looking figure in front of the Gollum moc? The operating cranes do look nice ass well and it's a nice touch being that your Dad used to drive one as Mike mentioned.

Ian

Yes, he drove those exact cranes, the models were given to the company when they bought the cranes.
The Liebherr was the earliest, the Demag was the reason we moved to Coventry as it was the biggest crane in the country at the time and my dad was one of very few people with experience driving anything similar. The Kato was one of the last he drove before he gave it up.

The figure is a modern ring wraith, I assume toybiz but I've never checked.

Great pics like I said really like to hear the story behind why we have pieces in our collections, the personal connections enhance the mental collecting affliction we all have ...redresses the balance

Is that a pic of you with the boat.

Great looking items and I don't think I've seen that boxed Mac II before and I've certainly never heard of Computer Force.

Always nice to see something new and what's not to love about a carded terminator :D

Thanks. The Mac II is awesome, it's solid cast steel and enamel painted, and very heavy, looks like a model but is actually a toy.

Yeah Computer Force was a failed toy line so don't think it was around for long, I do love my obscure toys from childhood. :)

Solid cast steel?!!!! What were they thinking lol! I can imagine that it really must be some weight but at least it's built to last :D

Great items.

Yeah it's great, looking at this google pic it's reminded me some bits are plastic such as the arms, cannons, and some plating covering the knees, but yes the rest is all steel. 8) .. it was so heavy I remember rolling this thing down the stairs just because it was satisfying to see happen.

Great run @Palifan love that Creature from the Black Lagoon

The Creature is always the most expensive figure to get when putting any sort of classic horror run together but after dealing with vintage SW for years I'm not sure any other toy line quite compares price wise.

Gotta love that odd looking figure though :D

Ian

The Muppets. Have you seen the price of Muppet collectables? A company called Palisades released a toy line back in the 90s I think. Those are crazy. If anyone wants to see a really cool playset check out The Muppets backstage playset. Absolutely awesome thing.

Great collection of carded goodies and I really like the small carded version of Wonder Woman. I have a carded Batman Super Powers that's the same size and it makes them easier to display than the full sized card.

really nice condition on all of them as well and thanks for sharing.

Ian
