Those look to be nice condition and I don't have any Dukes figures at all but do have a few other Mego 3.75' figures in my collection. Mego went with more articulation for a fair few of their figures in this scale but I was just today trying to stand my look Black Hole ones up and they really aren't the best. I find that the rubber band/O ring tends to rot and the knee joints go very loose so they are quite the balancing act. Also there's no peg holes in these figures so it makes it even harder to display them. I'm think the Dukes of Hazzard figures are the same but at least you won't have that problem with them sealed.

Thanks for sharing.

Ian

I never even new you could get Luke and Bo MOC! Very nice condition, congrats on them. The ghostbusters Luke mint as well.

That's a great collection Lars and I love the danish goodness you have there. The cut out Vincent is brilliant and that boxed ship looks fantastic as well. I have all of the figures loose and the odd one carded as well as the vintage pop-up book and Goldkey Comic version of the film but it's a nice set to focus on as there's not loads of things to get so it makes it a achievable target to put together.

Thanks for posting these up, always great to see these other vintage collections :D

You kept that quite...
I too have a love for BlackHole items, particularly Vincent.
I'm loving the Laser Scope and the cardboard cutout models, fantastic items.
IF you ever think of selling please please give me a shout. :D

Robo Force / Maxx Steele discoveries.
During Lockdown like many, I sorted and cleared out the stuff that I had accumulated over the last 30 years; during this I found quite a few "lost" treasures.
Amongst them were these chaps, I used to find them for a few pounds each at toy fairs in the early 90s while looking for my main intrests which were of course Star Wars and TV related die cast.
All of them have missing accessories but I'm not really bothered by this, it shows that they were played with, totally unlike my Star Wars collection which is the opposite.
They have a button on the rear that when pushed up inside the body of the robot makes the arms move inwards in a grabbing motion, quite a novelty.
These were pre internet days of course so I had no idea what the line was about, but like the colours and simplicity of the figures.
Nowadays of course you can find out about stuff with the click of a mouse so here is a link if anyone is remotely interested. :D

And you can still pick them up for around a fiver...so I'm mot going to able to retire on these anytime soon.

The two mocs I have are an original Sentry Robot and a custom Star although I could only find the Star right now. The Star has been carded on the Italian GIG card back that it was released on (a custom made one), and the last original one went for $1300 here - https://www.ebay.com/itm/Vintage-BLACK-HOLE-1979-MEGO-GIGI-AFA-70-75-85-RARE-S-T-A-R-STAR-ITALIAN-MOC-/223255809692?hash=item33fb154e9c%3Ag%3AC30AAOSwkfxb%7EMIN&nma=true&si=dMWRXVExj27oQcKvV3Fnyfy%252BO%252F8%253D&orig_cvip=true&nordt=true&rt=nc&_trksid=p2047675.l2557

I can imagine the Humanoid running into the thousands as they hardly ever come up carded or even loose. There are custom ones though but it looks like there is only one real seller of these (which is where my Star was from years ago) - https://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/m.html?_odkw=&_ssn=starwars--collector&hash=item54861160fa%3Ag%3A1MMAAOSw32Ve7eOz&item=363026538746&_osacat=0&_from=R40&_trksid=m570.l1313&_nkw=black+hole+&_sacat=0

His customs are still pretty pricey for some of them but I love the prototype customs he's made of the Palomino and Cygnus that were never produced. I've often thought about picking up a Huminoid or Old bob from him and may do at some point.

These Robots look great and I don't remember seeing these before. Ah... I remember those days pre-internet for looking for things like this....I'm kind of glad that they're over as I wouldn't have a tenth of what I own

Hi Ian, That custom looks fantastic, is there any guides to ID a moc so I do not buy repro ? I hope that none of mine is fake repro :?

Yes it was the same in the 00s when I bought all my black hole moc, hard to find humanoid and star was expensive. So nothing has changed, only more expensive :(

Is bob also hard to find, I remember when I bought my moc, bob was not that hard to find ? he was only a little more expensive than vincent
