Thanks Chubb, don't forget Jinx, those three ninjas are the holy trinity when it comes to Action Force! :p 8)

Ryan, funky minifigs, never seen those before!

Can't remember her, must have been that 'anything to do with girls is ****' phase I was going through... Isn't pre-teen life so simple.

She looks pretty cool now though, Chun Li in red pyjamas.

Hi guys, Been quiet on the SW front for a few couple of months as its "medal season" amongst others i Managed to bag this rather interesting tin of WW1 medals including a nice WW1 gallantry MM all to local men,
In the box we have two trios to two KIA Brothers and a Military medal or MM to Sheffield man a stretcher bearer who won it for helping wounded soldiers while being gassed.

Glad you like then Grant, SW stuff is my second mistress i like it because its somewhat light hearted medals are my first but a little heavy going!

I recently got/inherited my great granda's medals from the first WW, they are now encased and sit on my book case.

Sad to see medals like that with the ribbons missing etc.

Very Very Nice Medals there James! 8)

My Dad also picked up some WWi and WWII Medals Maps Nazi Stuff 2 Albums of WWi Photos including Rares and sereval other pieces from the same family a few months back now since sold em pity you werent around! :(

Nice pickups regardless mate :)

Glad there are some more medalists on here, These are just like SW figures with out guns i always buy up spare real ribbons to complete them although its getting more difficult year by year to find original ribbons in any state, Weasel Family medals are great im really gald to hear someone kept them in the family, The ammout of info available on these guys through ancestry.co.uk is amazing might be worth checking to see if they have any info on your Great grandfather theres about a 70% chance they will.
Liam im always around for medals ;)

I know there are a couple of Ghostbusters fans on here that might get a kick out of these, I wasn't going to show these off but our very own Chris Caswell convinced me lol

I picked these up recently, it's the complete set of 5 Kenner RGB Fright Feature proof cards.

These don't turn up for sale very often so the chances of me ever having the chance to buy a complete set of proof cards like this again were slim to none and as such I went for it.

I paired two of the proofs with my Fright Features first shots below, I am hoping (wishful thinking) to get the entire set of figures in first shot/pre prod form..

Thanks for looking!

Those are great Joe. Never seen RGB proof cards before. The only RGB moc i have happens to be a Fright Features one. Always wanted on of the first 4 tho.

Cheers chaps, very pleased with them.

Pete, no doubt these are pretty hard to find and up until recently I had only heard of people owning them hadn't actually seen any..

As far as I can make out a load originally sold through hollywood heroes and the earth many years ago but all had vanished into collections till now, one of the guys that picked up a bunch back then and held on to them for nigh on 10 years recently sold up (he had an almost complete set minus the original figures cards) to another collector who is now slowly piecing them out. I got these from him as a set before he split them up card by card.

A couple of the Fright Features proofs surfaced this week on ebay guys, I don't know how into RGB anyone is on here but these are sweet pieces which exist in amazingly low numbers, this one sold super fast: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Kenner-Proof-Card-Prototype-Real-Ghostbusters-1986-Fright-Features-Peter-Venkman-/160928589418?pt=US_Action_Figures&hash=item257817666a&nma=true&si=zMBVIUHoQxPfO5LqKz6r4aSTMyw%3D&orig_cvip=true&rt=nc&_trksid=p2047675.l2557 (I believe it helped someone finish a set like mine)

Seller still has a Fright Feature Winston and a bunch of other RGB proofs from different series too:

I'm going too get some more that I had when I was a kid I.e whiplash, trap jaw etc... But have too do it on the sly as my wife will get on my back :D

Is there a pic on the forum of your collection? If so can I have a link mate, feels great having these again I remember when I was a kid I cut whiplash tail off for some reason, won't be doing that again when I find a good one too buy :)

Nice MOTU stuff there Scott. Such a classic 80s toy line. Do you have much else from the line or was this your first foray?

Thanks Pete, these are my first bits mate, I have a boxed battlecat coming too just seems too be taking forever too arrive, I'm after panther and skeletor before Xmas, then will get the set after, it's great having these I spent endless days playing with them as a kid.

I'll take some pic's and get them over to you Scott. Just like Star Wars, it's the weapons that are the expensive bit. If you plan on collecting them all, the hardest to find at a good price are the Sorceress, and King Randor. If anyone offers you these at lower than £40ish, take it!
If your going for a trip down memory lane, do you plan to get any Thundercats gear?
(give Iain a pm, he's got boxes of the stuff)
