Hi all,

I was recently reunited with some of my old collection so I thought I'd post a few pictures up for all those toys generalists out there.

I love this section on the forum and It's always nice to dust off a few things so hope you enjoy them as well.

Ian

Now that's the kind of response I like!

Thanks for the kind words, it's taken many years to put these things together and it is nice to get to be around them after so long.

Glad I can speed the toy love around a little :D

Ian

That's a really nice Vincent and company, and great card art on the Planet of the Aps MOCs.

Thanks for the kind words gents and here's a final couple of pictures showing my other eagle and another 70's classic (even though it's in a German box).

Wow, Ian! What a treasure trove of nostalgic goodness! There's so much to drool over here, and so many of these toys bring back memories of my own childhood. The Eagle, the Batmobile and Batboat (I LOVED the Batboat!... A little too much really, as I used to play with it in the bath, which didn't do the stickers any favours! :)), Super Heroes Spider-Man, Evel Knievel... the list goes on and on!

Thank you so much for sharing such a wonderful collection!

Jeremy

That's a lovely collection. :) :)

Are the 'They Live' figures vintage??, iv'e never seen those before, they're neat!

Great stuff Ian - so many great lines, but mego and space 1999 for me every time. Love the Thing!

A question for Action Man collectors:
Is this an Action Man space helmet, if so is it worth anything, and would anyone want it?
Thanks in advance.

Well, I'm not an Action Man collector, but I do recognise this from my childhood. It's the Action Man Space Ranger helmet:

As for value, there's a Buy It Now eBay auction for three of them here for £11.99:

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Vintage-1980s-Action-Man-Space-Ranger-helmets-X3/273309320795

Hope that helps (and doesn't disappoint too much! :? )

Oh, so I'm not going to be able to retire early then  if only it was Star Wars then it would be worth a fortune!
Many thanks for the confirmation though.
Is it of any use to someone, I'm going to FF in August so could bring it down?

I think you'll have to put the retirement villa purchase on hold for now, but you could always use it as a down-payment on a Mars bar
