Oh my word.. that is a thing of beauty. Full Indy run. Well done

Seahawks, those Indi cards look fantastic, congratulations on putting that run together.
I really don't remember seeing these in the shops.

Wow! Well done on completing both runs. They look spectacular!

Thanks Snake! It's been a lot of fun putting them together.

They were pretty tough to come by. I remember seeing Toht's and Cairo Swordsman hanging on the pegs, but never saw an Indy or a Marion. I think that is a big reason the line didn't succeed. Kids wanted the heroes and when they couldn't find them, what's the point of getting the others honestly.

Here are a couple other sets I got recently. A set of loose Kenner Butch and Sundance, The Early Years figures and a set of carded Legend of the Lone Ranger figures and the 3 horses that went along with them. These were really the last of the Western figures as kids were all about Star Wars by the late 70's/early 80's. It didn't help that neither of those movies were very good. They are really great looking figures though.

PS: Do you see the resemblance of Butch and Sundance by chance? Doppelgangers of Luke and Han no doubt. :)

I also had some fun re-creating this iconic scene from Raiders. :)

"Hey, you now... Come here!"

Another great couple of MOC runs!
I suspect that those carded horses are difficult to find in that condition, as I bet those are a heavy piece of plastic waiting to break free?
I've never seen those Lone Ranger figures carded.
And yes you're right the film was dreadful.

Seahawks, that's a great set.
I have the loose figures, except buffalo bill from my childhood.
I also have the black horse which thanks to you, I know is Smoke.
Could you post a photo of the back of the cardbacks of figure and horse?
Thanks.

Just picked up this lovely sealed Condor. A guy on eBay is breaking up a case of them and I've kept missing them since December, finally bagged one.

This is one of the only toys from my childhood I remember buying and opening. The memory sticks out because I thought the helicopter blades were missing, I didn't know they folded out

Thanks man! I do get nervous about the horses as the bubble is lifting a bit on a couple of them.

Thank you, and I'm glad you now know the name of the horse you have now. :) I'd be happy to take a photo of the back for you. I'll pull them back out tomorrow and snap a pic.

Perhaps, but I also see a great resemblance to Tatooine in that base they're standing on! :D

I have no idea what you are talking about Snake! What is this Tatooine base you speak of. :)

Nice Vincent's you have there, I have one somewhere and a couple of other BH figures that I'll post up when I get to them again. I've always wanted an Old B.O.B. as well but the price on those are a bit too steep for me.

Here's a good link to this series that's nice to see - http://www.megomuseum.com/galleries/black-hole-3-34-figures/

Thanks Ian,
And thanks for the link, I never knew there was an "Old Bob" figure.
Only being available in Canada and Italy, no wonder it's expensive, Vincent is expensive enough.
I have been looking for a carded Vincent at a reasonable cost for ages!

Sorry for the delay in posting the cardback photo. The horses and figure back of the cardbacks are the same. Here ya go.

Seahawks, thanks a lot.
The back brings back vague memories from my childhood, but can't remember the front of the card so well.

I found this magazine from Zodiac toy shop amongst some other things I have.
It appears to be from the end of 1986.
Not really much of interest other than a two page spread of MOTU figures.

My latest vintage purchase from 1992, and something I used to drool over at the shop counter as a kid wishing I could take the entire box, and now I finally have one. :D

All I need now is a nice condition sticker album.
