Hi Everyone,
I recently come to terms with having to sell my computer mod (1979 Kenner Millennium Falcon) and tried to list it on Ebay.
It sold twice!
Both times they were , lets just say not genuine, that or were hooky accounts or misbidders.
Just thought I'd join here as I'm a bit of a Star Wars fan and also like messing about with computers (I'm a geek for a living), and see if I have any luck here?
I read the introduce yourself thing, and saw that its been mentioned in another part of the site.
I did think it might have been people thinking it was sacrilege to do that to a Star Wars toy?
After it failed on the second time round, I thought I'd give it one more go, but wondered what peoples selling experiences were of Ebay, as I always seem to attract time wasters, and wondered why.
I' also geeing about with an R2-D2 computer, but not sure my girlfriend appreciates how cool I think it'll look when finished with all the lights and stuff.
Oh, and my names John.
