We're having a bit of a dispute with our neightbour and it's probably time to seek legal advice. The trouble is everyone we've talked to wants £600+ every time they open an email, so it will cost thousands if we have to keep going back and forth between solicitors. If there's anyone who could offer some advice, I'd appreciate it :giggle:

I had a dispute with a neighbour for the last 2 months and smashed them using Chat GBT. Saved a fortune.

AI gave me a plan of what to do and what not to do and drafted my letters.

Also directed actions that were protected by law and guided ways where i could accidently break the law in gathering evidence.

Funny you should say that, it's exactly what my wife has been doing! The advice looks great on paper, but no idea if it's accurate

Sorry to hear that, Edd. If you have got legal cover on your house insurance, try them first.
Other avenues you could try are:
Citizen's Advice
Free half hour consultation at a local solicitors
Some form of mediation
moneysavingexpert.com forum (brilliant forum, they might be able to offer further places to try too)
best to keep any details as impersonal as possible, whichever forum you post on

Not sure about ChatGPT - a good starting point but don't know about the accuracy.

At the end of the day you WILL need to see a Solicitor if you think it can't be resolved amicably but doing research and gathering as much information beforehand might save some money and also give you an idea of questions to ask

Good luck

AI - the answers it delivers are only as good as the questions you ask it. Well worth comparing two, ChatGPT vs copilot for example.
