watched hostil 2 ,got to be the sickest film ever
I saw that a couple of weeks ago and thought it was a good film. Not as gory as the first one but it was good that you got to see the other side of how the hostel is run. E.g.how the people are auctioned off.

bought the Black Hole on DVD at last watched it yesterday it is still a great film and way ahead of itself at the time of release.

Didn't go out last night, so was sat falling alseep in front of the TV when I found Fight club on BBC2, I think it was BBC2 anyway.
Everytime I watch that film I'm amazed at how good it is!
I must have seen it 100 times and it's still head and shoulders above pretty much anything else I've seen.

Went to see the Bourne Ultimatum the other day. It's not bad, very like a James Bond film (except with more money spent on the plot and not wasted on special effects, big explosions that are only there so they can show that they know how to do them).
Worth seeing, though you probably wanna watch the first 2 again or you'll be confused and lost like I was.

Finally watched all of V for Vendetta!

Started watching it 2 months ago when the sky+ box broke halfway through it grrrr

Got shiny new sky box and sky stopped showing it!! Finally it was aired again last week and I watched the end on friday :D

So was it worth the wait?

Or are you one of these women who are too busy dusting their shiney new sky boxes that they dont follow the plot?

Just seen:

The Transporter 2 (Very entertaining in a James Bond/Jackie Chan way)
Mission Impossible 3 (a bit naff really, got bored halfway through)
and Sunshine (a bit like Alien to begin with then gets all wtf wierd)

Going to watch Pans Labryinth when I get a chance. I hear its highly rated but a bit wierd as well.

Believe me guys life is far to short for dusting!!

I enjoyed V yes, but as it was Marvel written I thought I would. I love the films made from comic books (all excepting spiderman who I detest with a passion!!).

Whats Spidey done to you?

IMHO Spiderman is the worst superhero ever. He spends 80% of his time complaining about being a superhero and then 20% complaining about being Peter Parker. Did superman ever moan? No good old clarke just got on with it

I was brought up on the spidey cartoons so always been a spidey fan. But I suppose the villians are the best thing about the films!

I was disappointed by this mate, I was expecting a mature version of legend or labyrinth and got some ******* spanish civil war torture scenes and a little bit about some monsters.

Bring on Hellboy 2!

I was the same, which was why I was so pissed off at the **** up they made of the movie version.

Im a big fan of comic books, so movies taken from the appeal to me greatly (hence the V I referenced earlier). That said its bloody annoying just how poor a lot of these movies are.

Fantastic 4 was abysmal, and part II was worse. Spiderman was, well, pure tripe and X Men was barely watchable.

The best ones are probably V and HellBoy.

Cant wait to see Michelle Ryan kill Wonderwoman

Im not a miserable cow, honestly!!!

I was reading Empire on Sunday and apparently Will Smith is in the process of making or may have finished a film called "I am legend." If it's anything like the book it will be well worth seeing. It's due out in January sometime.

The only thing that worries me is it's "based on the book" I hope that's not the same as U157 was "based" on history. The American's cpature the enigma machine..........very impressively 18 months BEFORE they entered the war. Ohh and the other minor flaw, it was us Brits who captured it.

Some of the stunts are a bit over the top but it's 2 hours of non stop action which is just what I like !! 8)

i saw "run fatboy run" the other night, its alright its a good laugh but not piss your pants funny like hot fuzz

started watching american gangster but it is slow as **** so i turned it off really dissapointed not a patch on goodfellas
