SPoons - very tempted...on first release cards...but literally nowhere to display them.....until we move house of course!

I know exactly where you are coming from, it's why i have a focus

stuck with loose ships and figures but running out of room for ships!

have some kids and give the ships to them - it's what i did, and you get to relive your youth :D Been playing Hoth Wampa attack with my son most of the day

No Grant I got it in a trade. Like I said the bubble is almost a trap door on top and card has been touched up

I knw you guys have seen these items already but i wanted to show you my display technique. The acrylic tray is the one i bought from Paul Moss as advertised in the ebay section. I then bought some foam board and covered it in some really cool shiny silver material.

What do you think?????

P.S. I am waiting for one more item to arrive - hopefully by next weekend and then i will be taking some new pics of the collection.

Steve Bollux is right. Stop limelighting those shity broken Chewie toys. If Im your SS this year I will send you over a complete Chewie and since im a good guy just send me over that broken one so its out of your way.

Bollux Id say that Yodas worth twice as much in a little plastic prison with sticker stipulating a U on it as instead of its 25 year old original packaging.

I like the idea of having them laying down Steve, not too keen on the silver foam pad behind, perhaps a different colour would have worked well?

Also : that is a long display case, may I ask if your aim is to fill that space with 3 3/4 vintage prototypes?!

Joe, thanks fir the comments mate. The colour used does look better in real life and it looks good in the glass display cases.

As for the future - I do intend to pick up a few more protos for the focus as and when I can. Next up is an engineering pilot or 2.

Steve

I'm with Joe on this - I'd ditch the silver backing piece. Acrylc will show them off better. Does the tray display flat or upright?
