Had some great items arrive today. Here is an unboxing of mine and Joe's "Super Secret Find" that some of you have heard about. We have been anxiously awaiting their arrival for the last week. Of course there was a WSD in the bunch.

The find actually didn't come from RS. It was just one of those things in being at the right place at the right time.


I also received another parcel yesterday in addition to the find. I want to publicly thank Stephen for helping me out with a near complete set of Ewoks coins. After some delays in going back and forth twice across the ocean, it finally made it to me. In the meantime I picked up the other two Ewoks coins, so now I have them all.

Great new items guys. Loving the carded figures.

I completed my 3rd Gen Polish run today and also picked up some other bootlegs.

Excuse the display of 3rd Gen, I need to re do it. Hard Bastards to get to stand up....got my eye on some stands for them.

I also received these aswell. The first is a second wave Trem, the next is Barada which is quite rare and finally a Hungarian Leia.

Welll here are some of my latest buys.

Up first (against my better judgment lol) is a POTF MOC.
I picked this up because Luke Jedi was one of my favorite figures from childhood and i couldn't resist the minty clear bubble on this example.

The next one is a Tri Logo Emperor
(I may try and remove the sticker residue i have been to the toyfixer website but im undecided as to what method to try :? )

And Finally courtesy of Rob a Tri Logo Admiral Ackbar

Jay - that Admiral Ackbar is very nice indeed and a tough Trilogo to find as well - nice pick up.
As for your Tri Emperor - I'd recommend a tiny amount of lighter fluid on a cotton bud and wipe it on the residue a few times. Then on a dry cloth (non-fluffy variety) a little more lighter fluid and try to gently wipe the now sticky residue off. It does take a little care and attention and I would certainly recommend a trial on an old cardback firstly but it does work.. however I have buggered a couple of cardbacks up in the past Good luck.

Cheers Shawn the way i see it to own this iconic figure on a POTF card with a clear bubble is a treat especially these days so if it does turn or develop a tint then that's cool with me. The only time i have seen a clear bubble Luke Jedi POTF was an AFA 80 that sold on the bay for 300gbp.

My collection room has UV protection on the window and super thick dark curtains that pretty much never get opened so its in a good place lol.

Glad to hear he is in safe hands. I know what you mean, I think the POTF Luke is one of my favorites in my collection. Mine has the very lightest tint to it.
