Don't fret Stephen - I'm sure that Mike will put it up at something like $2,499 ( )and then it will be reduced down and down and down etc It's not the sort of piece that would attract a load of eBay action 'cos so few people will be on the look out for this rare but nevertheless non-earth shattering 'find'.

Surely more will turn up now - it's always the case when a 'new' peice is discovered (especially if advertised on eBay).

Good luck on the 47 bk run.

Lee - I also just have to say that your new Han & Leia Pal's are beautiful - Gary what the hell you thinking of selling those!!!!!??????????!!!!

Great stuff all round lads. Will add something soon hopefully.

Cheers,
Christian

I agree with you Christian but that logic never seemed to work for the rare 4-LOM card, crazy money for unpopular figures

Another coin came today in the Post. I also set up a payment schedule on another. I think that will have to be it for the rest of the year. :)

Very nice Shawn! Can't wait to see you finish the set, going to be a great achievement!

I had my loose Warok and Jawa turn up today and still no signs of the figures I won on ebay so I am hoping for a refund! doh!

Hiya chaps.

I've been snapping up a few variants especially foreign recently and I thought I'd share my three favourites....

Glasslite Trooper, Ledy 3P0 and my first VC Jawa.....very happy :D

Those are some nice looking figs there burnsy.

There's another to add in the SWF VC Jawa club. :D

Oi now that is a bit cheeky :P some people don't have one yet and you go and flaunt two! bugger

Both are Made in Hong Kong Jawas but the Jawa on the right is the more accurate sculpt to go with the Vinyl Cape.

More accurate or correct?

Trawling thru pics of supposedly "confirmed" vinyl cape Jawa's there seems to be an almost even spread of sculpt variations of each of the figures above. Seems a bit strange that so many have the correct cape on the wrong figure, especially when a lot of the figures aren't exactly mint.

Pic from the bottom row of pics on the Jawa figure page at Rebelscum:

EDIT: I did quite a bit of trawlin' books & internet for "confirmed" VC jawas & i found an almost even split of the 2 figures in Coco's picture aboves, & ONLY these 2 sculpts....ie very similar head details (with eyes the same size as these 2), but both with quite different belt details.
Suggests to me that both of these 2 sculpts are fine on a VC jawa, but ONLY these 2 sculpts.

As quite a few of us have VC jawas, it would be interesting (to me at least) to see what the split here was...
