Latest Acquisitions

cheers guys. He is in good nick, the foot holes are still really hexagonal and I don't want to warp them with a footstand. The paint job is a bit slap dash though, but it adds to his charm :)

Here's my newest addition. Box was already mine, but the contents are new.

Is that the one from JoeY Emiel??

Nice and mint white shuttle there mate, very nice! :)

Spoons, lovely 1st shot mate.

Great looking addition to the collection mate.

Emiel, lovin the shuttle. I have never seen a shuttle first hand, would love to own one.

Congrats guys, I got some new additions today but will get some photos up in the week.

Great shuttle Emiel - I've still never seen one of those 'in the flesh'

Weasel - 1st shots are the first figures out of new moulds, so as to test for any flaws. Some are made from random plastics and unpainted

the one below is a head pull test added to a 1st shot body and production limbs, whilst others, like my new one, were painted up to look like production figures.
The only real difference being there is no COO stamp or LFL etc

Loving the new additions guys, especially the Molded Han Hoth (if anyone see's one for sale please let me know thanks) keep up the good work

Picked this up this week a 30 back Ugnaught.Bubble has lifted across the top but it I'm certain it's not a reseal.

Not bad for 60 notes inc postage from Germany, and I only paid for it on Sunday night,German efficiency for you I reckon. 8)

nice one lee, but if I were you I'd check with Gary if it's meant to have a foot plate, just to be sure it's not resealed. I'm unaware of any 30 backs without them.

it looks good in the photo, and I know that Kenner ESB cards don't all have the footplates so Pals are probably the same - but it's always best to be sure :)

Well, to be honest they are all meant to have a foot plate.

However I have seen one other, a 30b Han Bespin that did not have one, so it is possible, though all other Ugnaughts and Han Bespins I have seen do have the footplate.

With the later 45a you find certain characters consistently don't, such as Vader and Dengar. My C3P0 doesn't either, and there is no real reason I can think of as to why this should be the case for these figures.

Do you think the lifting at the top was enough to get the figure out?
